Our programs are educational, creative and and fun. We learn about home and community landscape gardening, conservation, native and house plants as well as flower arranging.
Our October program utilized organic containers celebrating the fall harvest and seasonal plants found in our gardens and fields. It challenged us to be creative in economical and interesting ways while learning new techniques of flower arranging.
The HP Garden Guild challenges our creativity in many ways. From backyard picnic floral arrangements to tablescapes at Flower and Garden Shows, we continue to explore different scales and types of flower arranging.
Since 2017 the Highland Park Garden Guild has been designing, planting, and maintaining the Highland Park Train Station garden beds and planters with both seasonal and sustainable plants. It is our way of giving back to the community, improving our environment, and encouraging interest in gardening.
